Double the difference this Christmas
Double your impact from 3-10 December
From 3-10 December, we invite you to join us in making a lasting impact. Through the Big Give Christmas Campaign, every donation you make to GCI will be doubled, thanks to matched funding.
Each year, thousands of children in low- and middle-income countries are born with clubfoot, yet only 1 in 5 receives proper treatment. Without treatment this condition can lead to lifelong disability, keeping children from walking, going to school, or even playing with friends. But with your help, we can change this narrative and create a world where all children can walk, play and run free.
By giving as little as £25, you could start a journey that will one day allow a child to walk, learn, work, and fulfil their potential. Every donation will help create a ripple effect that helps thousands of children worldwide. Every gift counts, and together, we can take powerful steps toward a world where every child has access to clubfoot treatment.
How Your Gift Makes a Difference
Here’s how your donation this Christmas will help children gain access to clubfoot treatment:
£25: Provides transport for a local doctor to attend training and learn how to treat clubfoot.
£50: Covers local transportation for two doctors, bringing treatment skills to more communities.
£75: Equips one doctor with essential training resources.
£100: Supplies training materials for 10 doctors to learn proper casting techniques.
Your support can go even further:
£200: Translates training materials into new languages, allowing even more families to access quality care.
£250: Funds essential models and materials for training doctors and physiotherapists.
£385: Covers the full treatment cost for one child, from diagnosis to their first steps.
£500: Pays for a doctor’s transportation from a neighbouring country to attend training, expanding our impact across borders.
With larger gifts, you can transform healthcare across entire regions:
£1,000: Trains one doctor or physiotherapist who will treat up to 200 children each year.
£4,000: Trains a new trainer who, in turn, will train at least 50 additional doctors and physiotherapists, reaching up to 5,000 children annually.
This Christmas we are simply asking for one donation, with double the difference.
